I bring my extensive management skills to Executive Coaching working with leaders to help them to get control back in their life so that they have a clear mind that is focused, organised and connected to take the right steps so they achieve work life balance, business growth and success.
I use multiple methods that help my clients with the process of setting and reaching goals providing support and accountability along the way. I meet with clients in an informal, private setting and use a range of techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Meditation, and Personality Profiling.
I founded Avid Coaching because I am passionate about developing the right leaders. I understand that you can focus on processes make them lean and change operations but the key to success is people and their mindset.
Self-belief is a key factor that influences individual performance. When you begin to doubt your own ability and capabilities this leads to lower levels of performance.
I know from my experience of working with many executives that in situations where a person is highly stressed, facing change, multi-tasking, task saturation or in a job that does not fit values, our behaviour changes. Behaviour changes include:

- Accuracy of work.
This can have a knock on effect on the opportunities you create for yourself and your business.
I know that by creating a clear mind, having the right goals and being accountable for your actions you can accelerate the time it will take you to achieve your success. However, I also know that it is not easy to do this on your own that is why it is important to invest in an executive coach to work and support you and yes that is what I did.
Having a degree in Psychology and Masters in Health Management I made the decision to follow my passion by going back to school for additional training to further enhance my skills to coach managers, leaders and business owners. I am fully aligned with what I am doing, with the people I am coaching and the results that I am getting for my clients.
